Responsibilities
? ?Inform and support strategic decision making to accelerate customer cloud consumption by leveraging Data and Science in a fast-paced agile environment.
? Collaborate with other data science teams to develop statistical/machine learning models for customer segmentation, classification and propensity models to develop growth hacks, proactive churn management etc.to guide field teams to successfully execute strategies.
? Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know when, how, and which to use and which not to at any given time.
? Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to develop insightful operational dashboards & reporting for Customer Success teams.
? Champion the culture of data driven decision making.
Basic Qualifications
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Major in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Management information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar field preferred
? Experience of data science, machine learning and statistics models/projects。
? Experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python
? Experience with big data systems (eg. Hadoop) for ad hoc query and data preparation
? Locate in Shanghai (preferred) / Beijing / Shenzhen.
? Able to work regularly as a student intern for at least 6-12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
? Proven interpersonal communication skill and be able to partner with other member to deliver planned output.
? Demonstrated presentation skill to leverage data to tell a story to stakeholders.
? Attention to details
? Ability and willingness to manage different projects at one time.
